How Vibe411 currently handles account data, public listings, analytics, reviews, and support requests

Vibe411 is a software discovery platform. The current platform code lets creators create accounts, publish public creator profiles and software listings, host docs according to plan access, collect reviews, and receive private analytics. This page is written to match those current platform behaviors.

Account data

Information creators provide directly

When a creator signs up, Vibe411 stores account information such as email address, username, password, and display name. Creators can also add public profile data like bios, handles, links, support email, locations, platforms, specialties, and profile images.

Public content

Listings and hosted docs can be public

Published creator profiles, product listings, reviews, ratings, and hosted docs are meant for public display. Creators are responsible for reviewing the information they publish, including links, screenshots, descriptions, policy pages, and support information.

Analytics

View and click totals are stored

The platform stores creator and listing analytics such as profile views, product views, outbound clicks, review totals, rating totals, trending signals, and attention-flag counts. Analytics visibility inside the dashboard depends on the creator plan.

Warnings and moderation

Reports and auto-flags are recorded

Logged-in users can submit listing and review warnings, and the platform can also create internal attention flags when suspicious patterns are detected. Those reports may include the selected reason code, written explanation, affected product, and related moderation notes.

Cookies

WordPress uses session and login cookies

The current site uses WordPress account and session handling. If you log in, WordPress may store cookies needed for authentication, session continuity, and basic site functionality.

Payments

Live subscription billing is not active yet

The current platform code does not yet run live Stripe subscription billing. If paid billing is activated later, this policy should be updated to describe payment processing and billing data more specifically.
