Rules for using Vibe411 as a software discovery platform, creator directory, listing service, and hosted docs system
Vibe411 is a discovery and launch platform, not a download host or direct software marketplace in its current codebase. These terms describe how the current platform works and what creators and visitors are responsible for when using it.
Platform scope
Vibe411 links out to third-party destinations
Product pages on Vibe411 can point to a creator website, demo, repository, waitlist, store page, or other external destination. The platform does not currently host executable software files or process direct software purchases through a built-in marketplace checkout.
Creator responsibilities
Creators are responsible for listing accuracy
Creators are responsible for the accuracy of product names, descriptions, screenshots, platform claims, support links, legal or policy links, and ownership-related statements they publish on Vibe411. Creators should not submit misleading, unsafe, abusive, infringing, or spammy listings.
Reviews and reports
Ratings are public and reports can trigger moderation
Logged-in users can leave one product review per account per product and can update that review later. Users can also submit reports about listings or reviews. Reports and automated attention flags may lead to moderation actions, restrictions, or removals.
Plans and docs
Plan access affects listing limits, analytics, and docs
Creator plans affect live listing limits, analytics visibility, docs access, and some media allowances. Founding Creator benefits sit on top of the standard plans according to the founder rules shown on the pricing page and inside the creator dashboard.
Availability
The platform may change over time
Vibe411 may update features, plans, founder availability, docs access, moderation rules, or discovery surfaces over time. The platform can also limit, suspend, or remove content or accounts that violate platform rules or create safety, policy, or trust issues.
